Their core purpose is to maintain the store operations in order to facilitate a seamless customer experience. An Operations Supervisor plays a key role in supporting company and management initiatives/direction while ensuing adherence to the policies and procedures as outlined by the organization.\nThe Operations Supervisor base pay ranges from $20-$22hourly.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation as portrayed through product, store maintenance, and customer service. \nSupervise with inventory and stock management \nEnsure maximization of storage and capacity in all product and supply categories\nManage investigation and rectification of inventory discrepancies\nLead the achievement of low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy by ensuring consistent execution at all inventory touchpoints: receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, and cycle counts\nEnsure timely and consistent communication and follow up for all store maintenance issues\nServe as store expert in core operational systems, educate store staff and troubleshoot technology issues in partnership with the corporate IT Team\nWork with the sales team to provide exemplary customer service: Assist with POS, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes\nHave proper understanding of BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transaction\nLead Sales Support team execution of store initiatives \nProvide training and direction to direct reports, peers, and management\nPartner with store management to resolve customer service issues \nManage customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations programs \nMeet store and metric goals \nEnsure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to everyone that walks into our store\nMaintain a knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures\nConsistently act within the core values of rag & bone\nIdentify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service through extensive product knowledge and operational ownership \nContribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere \nRules we live by | Rules you live by\nThe Customer Rules - 2-4 years of prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, operations, or management position \nBe a Good Human - Be original, be authentic \nHave No Fear - Innovate, solve problems\nOwn Every Decision - Work together, get results\nQuality Matters - Be disciplined, be competitive\nMake S**t Happen \nAvailability Requirements\nThe Operations Supervisor role is full-time and requires 24-30 hours per week.\nBenefits\nClothing Allowance \nGenerous Employee Discount \nPaid Time Off \nMedical, dental, vision and ancillary benefits \nMembership to Calm and access to other wellness benefits\n401k\nPaid Parental Leave \nrag & bone is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer.
