A Sales Specialist plays a key role in helping with creating and maintaining a selling focus in the store, supporting company and management initiatives while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures as outlined by the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport a best-in-class level of customer service through extensive product knowledge, strong selling skills, and authentic clienteling\nMeet store and metric goals\nEmulate the brand aesthetic and embody and strong sense of fashion\nEnsure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to everyone that walks into our store\nProvide assistance to our Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes and other projects, as needed\nMaintain a knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures\nAssist with inventory and stock management\nAccurately process Point of Sale transactions\nConsistently act within the core values of rag & bone\nIdentify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service\nContribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere\nRequirements:\n1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, contemporary, or luxury environments\nProven ability to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance\nSkilled in clienteling, including building and maintaining a loyal customer base\nAbility to provide a personalized customer experience through styling recommendations, product knowledge and brand storytelling\nAbility to work 20-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nRules we live by | Rules you live by\nBe a Good Human | Be original, be authentic.
