The supervisor will balance art and commerce by ensuring a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote product selling.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPlan and execute in-store visual merchandising to ensure a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote selling within the store.\nEnsure that the store presentation is consistent to the global retail strategy, visual guidelines, window installations, and special projects. Consider localized market needs and variations.\nManage VM floor map zoning in partnership with store manager. Plan floor set execution and oversee implementation.\nUpdate store windows with creative elements and product updates that align with brand seasonal strategies and concepts.\nManage the brand standards within the store. Train and manage sales and support staff on the criteria.\nIdentify store maintenance opportunities and manage work order process.\nReview floor set productivity with store manager and ensure that the store drives strong KPIs that correspond with the in-store client journey.
