The successful candidate will play a key role in solution design, technical consultations, solution demonstrations, proposal development, and proof-of-concept activities across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, managed services, and Microsoft technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & ConsultingWork closely with customers and the sales team to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technical requirements.\nDesign and recommend appropriate IT solutions that align with customer needs, budget, scalability, and security requirements.\nProvide technical consultation and solution architecture for infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services projects.\nPre-Sales SupportConduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for customers.\nPrepare and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot implementations to validate proposed solutions.\nAddress customer technical questions and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.\nSupport customer meetings, site surveys, and technical discussions.\nProposal & DocumentationDevelop solution proposals, technical specifications, scope of work, architecture diagrams, and bill of materials.\nAssist in preparing quotations, project estimates, resource planning, and implementation timelines.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, solution blueprints, configuration guides, and deployment plans.\nCollaboration & Business DevelopmentWork closely with Account Managers to develop winning sales strategies and competitive proposals.\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.\nCollaborate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation.\nProvide regular updates on opportunities, PoCs, customer engagements, and sales pipeline activities.\nProduct & Industry KnowledgeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies, products, and market trends.\nConduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations to strengthen solution positioning.\nGather customer feedback and market insights to support service and solution improvements.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a Presales, Solutions Engineer, System Engineer, or technical consultancy role.\nStrong understanding of one or more of the following:Microsoft 365Microsoft AzureWindows ServerVirtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)Networking and Wireless SolutionsFirewall and Security SolutionsBackup and Disaster RecoveryManaged Services\nExperience preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nRelevant certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, Fortinet, VMware, Cisco, or other industry
