As part of the project, CRM integration with the Offer Storage system is being implemented to enable the retrieval and display of up-to-date, personalized customer offers, along with integration with the bank’s mobile application to access details on products and services currently used by the client. The CRM supports an end-to-end sales management lifecycle: from generating and processing customer offers to reaching out to clients, recording communication outcomes, and providing subsequent follow-up. A dedicated stream focuses on customer data remediation and updates, specifically orchestrating and monitoring outbound campaigns and outreach to confirm or update required customer details.\nYour future responsibilities:\nInfrastructure automation, working with Docker and Kubernetes, Linux server administration.
