The main responsibilities will be:\nDrafting, updating and implementing maintenance documentation relating to Railpool locomotives operating in Italy, in the context of the ECM II Maintenance Development function in accordance with European Regulation 2019/779, in coordination with the direct manager and the central ECM II functions\n\nTracking and managing the hardware and software configuration of the fleet\n\nProviding technical support to the other ECM functions\n\nActively participating in the international ECM II function community\n\nSupporting the Italy ECM II manager in the continuous improvement of fleet maintenance development\n\nMonitoring fleet performance in terms of reliability and availability\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU\nYou have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical or management engineering disciplines\n\nYou have at least 3 years of experience in technical roles (e.g. design, RAMs, project management), knowledge and experience in the railway business will be a plus\n\nYou demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and flexibility\n\nYou have excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners\n\nYou enjoy working in a team and are a true team player\n\nYou maintain a detail-oriented mindset and are committed to complying with the quality and safety standards required of you\n\nYou are also able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment\n\nYou are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)\n\nYou speak Italian fluently and have at least a B2 certification in English\n\nSalary: Gross annual salary of €35.000-€38.000, plus a variable bonus component.
