Whether onsite or officed based all colleagues have a key part to play in delivering this critical transport infrastructure project.\nCurrent Opportunity: Quality Coordinator\nLocation: The North Region comprises Sublots 7 and 8 from Curdworth to Handsacre and runs for approximately 30km. It stretches through a mainly rural landscape between Lichfield, Tamworth and down towards Coleshill.\nKey Accountabilities:\nProduction of appropriate reports and management information\nTo gather and collate information from different teams to produce different monthly reports\nTo arrange and organise meetings in Quality Central Meeting\nTo attend Quality Central Team meetings, take MOM, distribute MOM to attendees and follow up actions closure\nTo collate actions and agenda items for Quality central meetings on a weekly basis and keep records\nTo organise Quality Central Forums\nSupport Quality related training to equip the project with the skills to drive improvements in Quality performance\nTo maintain Quality Central Trackers (TIDPs) and submit them by deadlines.\nAdvise on the preparation of project quality documents and ensure these documents are prepared by competent people and that they are reviewed and revised as necessary\nEssential Experience:\nConfident in working with Senior Management and able to challenge existing ways of working to support business improvement.\nBuild strong relationships with delivery teams and project managers.\nHas an ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts.\nPays attention to detail and sees things through to completion.\nCan deliver reports orally and written in an objective and persuasive manner.\nHas good interpersonal and communication skills\nIs a self-starter who manages their own time and seeks to add value to their function.\nIs able to work within a multi-discipline team.\nAble to command respect across the business and within the Function.\nIs good at building relationships and can influence effectively.\nCan demonstrate initiative and resilience.\nApplicants must have the right to work in the UK to be considered.\nWhy Join Us:\nFlexible working options\nFree parking & travel allowance (where eligible)\nFamily-friendly policies\nExcellent pension & healthcare\nWellbeing support & flu vaccinations\nAbout Us\nBalfour Beatty VINCI is a joint venture with over 30 years of experience delivering iconic infrastructure, including the Channel Tunnel, Crossrail, and upgrading some of the UK’s busiest motorways.
