In this role, you will be a key player in our onboarding process across our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, solutions, operations, and compliance, to ensure that our partners have a seamless experience and are fully supported in leveraging our offerings.\nWhat you'll do\nCollaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to ensure successful onboarding.\n\nFacilitate the integration of company accounts into the platform, ensuring a smooth transition and troubleshooting any issues.\n\nAnalyze product performance and track metrics to identify opportunities for improvement during the onboarding process.\n\nSupport the design of onboarding workflows for new business customers.\n\nProvide data-driven insights to enhance the user experience and ensure companies are making the most out of Rain's products.\n\nWork with product managers to define business requirements for onboarding and create user stories.\n\nWhat you'll bring to Rain\nBachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.\n\n0-2 years of experience in an implementation, customer success, or similar role, preferably at a B2B company.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work multiple complex projects simultaneously.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.\n\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks while collaborating with team members.\n\nDesirable but not mandatory\nExperience in the financial services or credit card industry.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL and other data query tools.\n\nKnowledge of customer onboarding best practices in a tech-driven environment.\n\nThings that enable a fulfilling, healthy and happy experience at Rain:\nUnlimited time off Unlimited vacation can be daunting, so we require Rainmakers to take 10 days minimum for themselves.\nFlexible working We support a flexible workplace - work from home, come into an office, or both.
