And you relate to our core mission of helping people find financial freedom.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport external clients and internal teams in the implementation of Rain for both new and existing customers\n\nProperly scope out customer needs and requests during implementations to make sure our solution solves their existing problems\n\nProactively project manage the implementation process end-to-end to achieve customers' target timelines and goals, communicating to all stakeholders any changes or updates as needed\n\nConfigure and implement customers in accordance with best practices to drive adoption and maximize revenue potential\n\nPartner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive a timely and well organized implementation process, escalating issues to various stakeholders as necessary\n\nCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements & needs\n\nSupport in the development and documentation of processes and best practices\n\nProactively look for opportunities of improvement in existing processes to help support Rain’s overall growth\n\nWho you are\n2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience\n\n1+ year in a customer facing role managing stakeholders and timelines\n\nStrong project management and prioritization skills\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once without compromising\n\nExperience working with JIRA, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar systems of customer record\n\nExperience with HCM and HR Tech preferred\n\nGeneral curiosity and desire to learn\n\nWho We Are\nRain is filled with people with a deeply rooted passion for our mission, who embrace diversity throughout our global team, and grow personally and professionally.
