In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Talent to scale hiring across the entire company. You can be expected to own full-cycle hiring, running structured, data-driven processes, and closing top talent.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for all roles: kickoff/intake, outbound sourcing, screens, interview coordination, debriefs, offers, and closes\n\nBuild and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, events, and talent communities; run ongoing market mapping for priority roles\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define scorecards, structure interviews, calibrate bar/levels, and train interviewers to drive signal and reduce bias\n\nElevate employer brand and candidate experience-write compelling JDs, craft personalized outreach/nurture campaigns, communicate quickly, and negotiate/close top talent\n\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of experience in technical recruiting\n\nA proven track record of hiring for early-stage, high-growth startups-especially in fintech or technical environments\n\nExpertise in sourcing strategies, interview best practices, and compensation planning\n\nHigh EQ and communication skills-you can collaborate effectively across all levels of the company\n\nNice to have, but not mandatory\nFamiliarity with HR and ATS systems like Ashby and Sequoia.\n\nExposure to fast-moving sectors like fintech or crypto\n\nThings that enable a fulfilling, healthy and happy experience at Rain:\nFlexible time off Unlimited vacation can be daunting, so we require Rainmakers to take 10 days minimum for themselves.\nFlexible working We support a flexible workplace - work from home, come into an office, or both.
