Then this career opportunity may be for you!\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nDriving company vehicles with trailers\nAbility to read and understand maps & directions\nWork with a team\nCommunicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork\nEstablish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner\nMeet deadlines\nPossess or have the ability and willingness to learn and participate in performing:\nWater restoration \nMold remediation \nTrauma scene cleaning\nSmoke & fire damage restoration\nCarpet & upholstery cleaning\nContent cleaning\nLead remediation\nBoardup & tarp over services\nProperty maintenance\nConstruction projects\nRespond to jobs and initiate work in accordance with IICRC standards and Rainbow Restoration's internal processes\nMaintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all times\nPerform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required\nPerform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties\nJob Requirements:\nWe are a 24-hour emergency service company, and all team members are required to be on-call and respond when needed\nValid Driver's License\nExcellent communication skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills \nProfessional appearance and personality\nTeam player who can work independently\nSmart phone and tablet computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software applications\nComputer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook) and other computer software\nAbility to learn new computer software\nExperience in Xactware software would be helpful, but not mandatory\nRestoration and construction experience helpful, but not required\nAble to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds\nWilling to train supporting team members (stewardship)\nCareer minded mentality planning for future positions/ownership, not just looking for a job for today. \nCompensation:\nCompetitive Pay ($14.50-$25+ Hour):\nService Technician (entry level/minimal experience): $14.50-$15.50 Hr. \nService Technician 1: $15.50-$17 Hr. \nService Technician 2: $17-$18 Hr. \nService Technician 3: $18-$22 Hr. \nLead Service Technician: $22+ Hr. \nField Operations Manager: $24+ Hr. \nProject Manager: $25+ Hr. \nPTO (Paid Time Off) \nTuition Reimbursement \nBusiness Development Bonuses \nPerformance Bonuses \nAnd more….. \nWe are actively interviewing for this position -
