Effectively uses communication\ndevices and technology to collect, review, and forward field activity reporting.\nQualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and\nAbilities\nHigh\nschool diploma (or GED) plus three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing\nconstruction or restoration projects and supervising crews. Associate (2 year)\ndegree or bachelor’s (4 year) degree in business or construction management\na plus. Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling, or\nrestoration. Understands the relationship between direct labor and\nprofitability.\nFinancial Reports and\nBudgeting\nUnderstanding\nof financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and\nbudgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance, and\nidentify areas for improvement.\nTechnical Skills\nProficient\ntechnical skills, experience, and certification in the areas of service the\ncompany provides.\nMathematical Skills\nAdequate\nmath skills - Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work into\nmanpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time\nreporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.\nNegotiation Skills\nWins\nby creating advocates, not enemies, when negotiating.\nComputer Skills\nDemonstrates\nintermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer\nsoftware, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a\nplus.\nListening Skills\nEffective\nin receiving feedback and input from customers and employees, probing for\nadditional information or unspoken issues, and providing timely response.\nCertificates, Licenses,\nand Registrations\nIICRC certifications recommended.\nPhysical Demands\n The physical demands\ndescribed below are representative of those that must be met to successfully\nperform the essential functions of this job.
