We are well-funded, growing fast, and building a company that is changing the market - it will be challenging, fun and exciting.\nAbout the Role\nAs a team member of the RainFocus Client Success organization, the Event Delivery Consultant (“DC”) is critical to successful preparation, delivery and execution of live events.\nAs a member of the Event Delivery team, the DC is responsible for consulting on best practices for live events, driving requirements, coordinating across teams, designing onsite solutions and educating clients on how the RainFocus platform and hardware support event delivery.\nCandidates must be collaborative, energetic team members who are capable of becoming experts in RainFocus products, industry best practices, and work well within small, focused teams. DCs are thought leaders within the Client Success organization and go beyond by assuming additional responsibilities to mentor, train and build the consulting skill set of peers.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nClient-Centric Analysis & Execution:\nCollaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their event goals and vision, ensuring that every interaction is focused on their success.\nTake ownership of the Event Support Plan, ensuring that all Onsite Quality Assurance checklists are meticulously followed.\nConduct thorough pre-event testing of onsite experiences (hardware/software) to prevent issues before they arise.\nAttend events onsite to gain deeper insights, ensure flawless delivery, and directly support client needs.\nProactively identify and mitigate any risks that may impact the client’s success.\nDomain & Industry Expertise:\nProvide guidance on leveraging RainFocus’ products to maximize event impact, offering best-practice solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs.\nContinuously learn and apply the RainFocus Event Success Methodology to optimize event outcomes.\nAct as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, sharing insights on live event best practices.\nEffective Communication & Collaboration:\nCoordinate live event preparation plans with Hardware/IT & Logistics teams, ensuring seamless execution.\nNavigate complex conversations with clients, delivering transparent updates on product capabilities while always focusing on their goals.\nKeep clients and internal teams informed with timely updates on key milestones, tasks, and risks.\nPrepare and guide RainFocus team members and contractors to deliver exceptional event support.\nEscalate potential issues or risks through the appropriate channels to ensure swift resolution.\nOrganizational Agility:\nBalance priorities effectively across multiple projects, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed on time.\nWork collaboratively on refining internal tools, processes, and templates to enhance efficiency.\nEmbrace change and adapt quickly to evolving client and project needs.\nTechnical Expertise & Continuous Improvement:\nMaster RainFocus products to confidently troubleshoot hardware/software challenges in both testing and live environments.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement, focusing on elevating in-person event delivery year over year.\nResearch emerging functionalities and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.\nDemonstrate new capabilities by integrating software and hardware advancements to drive client satisfaction.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nProven experience in project management, particularly in process improvement and implementations.\n3+ years in software/hardware implementation preferred.\nAbility to travel to events globally (10-15% travel required; valid passport necessary).\nExperience collaborating on process creation for live event execution.\nSkill in developing and maintaining training materials, as well as assisting in onboarding new team members and contractors.\nStrong ability to represent product needs for the Event Delivery team in development meetings.\nA consultative approach in guiding clients and partners toward best practices for event success.\nPersonal attributes and work environment\nClient-first mindset: dedicated to going above and beyond to support clients’ goals.\nA collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.\nCreative problem-solver, able to think on their feet and handle complex challenges.\nOutgoing and approachable, while assertive enough to drive results.\nSelf-starter, proactive learner, and someone who seeks out opportunities for growth.\nEager to embrace new challenges with a positive attitude.\nExceptional communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.\nWork Environment\nThis role is a hybrid position, with the flexibility of working from home while also meeting in-office requirements as needed.
