You’ll work closely across-functions to turn AI ideas into working solutions.\nRainFocus is looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build the next generation of tools that power some of the largest events in the world. You’ll be joining a fast-moving, cross-functional team focused on delivering smarter, AI-powered experiences for our internal teams and event organizers.\nWe’re looking for someone who’s collaborative, curious, and ready to build things that don’t exist yet.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain our core product set with a focus on usability, security, and scalability\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Management and UX to build thoughtful, client-facing experiences\n\nBuild and iterate on advanced prototypes that integrate LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines\n\nImplement full-stack features-from database schema and backend services to frontend components and real-time user interactions\n\nQualifications:\nHave a strong technical background, including 2+ years of experience working on full stack code bases and doing anything it takes to solve problems and delight users.\n\nExperience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or other AI-Assisted Engineering tools used to develop software products\n\nExperience working with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures\n\nExperience peer reviewing code while providing feedback and improvements\n\nVery strong written and verbal communication skills\n\nExperience with Agile Software Development methodologies\n\nExperience in Object-Oriented design and programming.\n\nExperience in RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, etc.) including database design and advanced SQL\n\nExperience with front-end development using a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.\n\nAble to make effective trade-offs in regards to both engineering and product requirements, while balancing short term and long term needs\n\nStrong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures\n\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with LangChain, LangGraph or other AI Agentic frameworks\n\nExperience driving zero-to-one development of key technical capabilities\n\nStrong problem-solver who can untangle complex systems, find the root cause, and fix issues without duct tape solutions.\n\nCreative thinker who spots opportunities for smarter solutions and isn’t afraid to pitch bold ideas that actually move the needle.\n\nExperience with Struts2 MVC, Spring Framework\n\nExperience integrating with 3rd party systems via APIs\n\nPrior experience as a team lead\n\nPersonal Characteristics:\nThe best candidates for this position will thrive at RainFocus not just because of their technical skills, but because of how they show up.
