We are well-funded, growing fast, and building a company that is changing the market - it will be challenging, fun and exciting.\nAbout the Role\nAs a team member of the RainFocus Client Success organization, the Solution Consultant (“SC”) is critical to driving post-sale client implementations at RainFocus. As a member of a team, the SC is responsible for working alongside Solution Architect to consult on platform configuration best practices, drive requirements, design and configure solutions and educate our clients on the implemented RainFocus toolset.\nWe need collaborative, energetic team members who are capable of becoming experts in RainFocus products, industry best practices, and who work well within small, focused teams. Solution Consultants are thought leaders within the Client Success organization and often assume additional responsibilities to mentor, train and build the consulting skill set with their peers.\nResponsibilities\nTechnical\nBecome an expert in RainFocus platform\nTrain client admins on the RainFocus tools and processes as necessary\nConfigure the RainFocus platform\nAnalysis / Business Acumen\nWork with clients to identify business requirements and workflows\nFacilitate holistic system design and architecture workshops\nIdentify platform configuration requirements\nIdentify and mitigate risks to achieve implementation success\nDomain / Industry Knowledge\nFollow best practices for implementing RainFocus products\nConsult with clients on new ideas and best practices\nCommunication\nDocument requirements, solution designs and testing plans\nProvide regular updates on milestones and tasks to project managers\nProvide project managers with level of effort estimates \nCommunicate issues and risks to project managers and leadership\nLeads solution project calls and demos with clients \nOrganization\nBalance priorities across multiple assignments\nThoroughly track tasks and complete all assignments on time\nContribute to implementation tools, processes and templates\nQualifications\nSoftware implementation experience (2-7+ years for Solution Consultants; 7+ years for Sr. Solution Consultants).\nSaaS solutions delivery through platform configuration, not custom development.\nExperience implementing SaaS platforms for Enterprise level clients, including gathering and documenting complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.\nProven success in creating efficiencies through process design, including outlining and measuring adoption, both internal and client-facing.\nAbility to think strategically to ensure solution supports business goals\nProven track record in delivering innovative and creative solutions\nAbility to work independently, problem-solve, improvise\nPerform consistently under pressure \nSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal\nTeam players only\nHTML, CSS, SQL, JSON optional but preferred\nMust be able to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%\nPersonal Characteristics\nThe best candidates for this position will need to have strong chemistry and a culture fit within RainFocus.
