If you have deep expertise in platform evolution and thrive on bridging the gap between intricate technical challenges and scalable enterprise solutions, we want you to shape the future of our ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide architecture leadership for initiatives in collaboration with product management & engineering leads\n\nArchitect IQ platform to help accelerate developer velocity, maintainability, lower operating costs, enhanced security, increased performance and scalability.\n\nWork closely with leaders across Architecture, Engineering Ops, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.\n\nLead automation and engineering initiatives to operationalize and streamline enterprise readiness of the Platform.\n\nDesign robust data sync mechanisms: Define data synchronization, replication, and consistency models across multi-tenant, distributed, and hybrid environments.\n\nTechnical leadership: Provide execution strategy, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nAssist & Enable Raintree development team’s move to Agentic AI-based Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).\n\nOperate with urgency: Drive results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where speed and quality must co-exist.\n\nQualifications\n10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a Principal Engineer or Architect role.\n\nProven success in platform evolution and re-architecting monolithic applications into cloud-native microservices architectures.\n\nWell versed in Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) in a modern enterprise environment\n\nTechnical depth AWS platform in Serverless, GraphQL & RESTful APIs, eventing & messaging architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.\n\nExperience designing and implementing data synchronization and replication strategies across distributed systems.\n\nDemonstrated ability to balance long-term architectural goals with short-term product delivery needs.\n\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrably passionate about quality, data-driven, execution-minded & oriented towards outcomes rather than output.\n\nNice to have: Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, EDI, etc.) and integration/interoperability frameworks.\n\nSuccess in this role Is measured by\nProduct requirements are consistently translated into simple, design ready deliverables that are performant, scalable, maintainable and secure..\n\nPlatform modernization efforts deliver measurable improvements in performance, scalability, and interoperability.\n\nEngineering velocity, product cohesion, and data reliability improve under strong architectural alignment for the entire IQ program.\n\nAt Raintree, we’re not just shaping the future of therapy technology - we’re creating it.
