Documenting the typical Project Delivery Lifecycle artefacts (status reporting, project workbooks, RAID logs, benefits tracking, risk assessments, etc; supporting technology delivery teams and business units in project delivery; aligning stakeholders, identify and manage through risks, issues, dependencies, keeping workstream owners/delegates accountable.
