# Salesforce Technical Lead

Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Remote, Canada Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 / year CAD Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time You'll assist Raise building custom Salesforce and customer-facing Experience Cloud App solutions. You lead a team of 2 to 4 developers (depending on the project stage) and admins, design the solutions with our Product Architect, and write the hard parts yourself. This role involves guiding a team of Salesforce administrators and developers. You'll design and deploy Salesforce applications and workflows, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and LWC's, while working in collaboration with a Product Architect. Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements is crucial for successful project delivery adjusting where needed. We think the future of a developer's role involves being more involved in the other areas of the product trio – engineer, product manager, designer. We don't expect the person to be an expert in all of these roles, but they need to be willing to lean into the PM side of conversations with the client and know what good looks like in design to work with the designer on larger projects and use the design system for small changes
