Key Responsibilities Maintain, enhance and troubleshoot customized PeopleSoft objects and bolt-on modules. Analyze, modify and maintain existing SQR and COBOL programs. Develop and maintain PeopleCode and Application Engine solutions. Troubleshoot custom reports, interfaces, integrations and batch processing. Analyze existing PeopleSoft customizations and recommend technical improvements. Support system changes resulting from collective bargaining agreements and payroll requirements. Conduct technical impact assessments and regression testing. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
