We embrace diversity and inclusion, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and committed to professional growth at every level.\nYour Responsibilities\nRespond to customer inquiries across voice and digital channels in a professional and timely manner\nLearn and understand Raisin’s platform, business model, and systems to confidently support UK customers\nIdentify customer needs through active listening and offer clear, thoughtful solutions\nCollaborate on process improvements to enhance the customer experience\nAssist with deposit and payment-related tasks on the platform\nWork with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to cross-functional projects\nMaintain high standards of data security and compliance\nContribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture\nYour Profile\nWhile not essential, a working knowledge of Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) would be advantageous.\nProfessional experience in the field of customer support desirable, regardless of the sector\nYou have at least two years of experience in a customer services role and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.\nYou are fluent in English, with strong communication skills both written and spoken\nYou genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering thoughtful, solution-focused support\nYou are organised and detail-oriented, even when managing multiple tasks\nYou thrive in a hybrid team setup, working from our Manchester office, two days per week\nYou are confident using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and learn new systems quickly\nJoin our mission, join our team - and grow with us!\nAt Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
