Team

The Synchronised Model Deposit Operations Team is a specialized unit within the Operations Department responsible for the technical and operational management of real-time deposit flows for partners using Portal, Hybrid, and Automation integration models. In these models, the Deposit-taking Bank (DtB) remains the source of truth for the deposit ledger, and the team ensures Raisin’s systems stay aligned with the bank's records.

Your Responsibilities

As a Team Lead of Deposit Operations, Synchronised Models, you are the technical and operational backbone of our real-time marketplace. You manage the Sync Model Team and high-frequency "Sync Model" deposit flows, ensuring that billions in transactions and deposit data are processed on time with precision and regulatory compliance.

• Payment & Sync Governance: Execute and supervise real-time automated payment flows. You perform manual interventions and corrective postings under the four-eyes principle to resolve synchronization lags and ensure transaction finality.
• Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Conduct daily high-frequency reconciliations between internal ledgers and partner bank data. You investigate "out-of-sync" scenarios to ensure permanent data parity and maintain audit-proof documentation.
• Partner & SLA Management: Serve as the primary operational liaison for Sync Model DtBs. You monitor interface uptime and latency in accordance with regulation, leading root cause analyses for any technical drifts.
• Technical Integration: Coordinate tech enhancements and system releases. You lead Operational Validation to ensure that technical rollouts maintain system stability and data integrity.
• Process Optimization: Partner with Product and Tech to refine processes and deposit logic. You provide the operational requirements for new features, driving automation and scaling the onboarding of new partners while mitigating operational risk (OpRisk).

Your Profile

• Raisin & Deposit Ops Experience: Demonstrated track record within Operations/FinTech, with a solid understanding of Raisin’s internal ledger systems, high-frequency transaction flows, and reconciliation practices.
• Technical Integration & Governance: Familiarity with integration models (Portal, Hybrid, or Automation) and experience executing four-eyes principle controls to resolve sync lags.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead/mentor team members and collaborate across Product, Tech, and DtB partner contacts.
• Risk & Process Mindset: Strong attention to detail with a focus on operational risk (OpRisk) mitigation, SLA compliance, and driving automation enhancements.
