The team is responsible for the end-to-end operational integration of banking partners, ensuring secure, automated, and audit-compliant deposit lifecycle management across the marketplace.\nYour Responsibilities\nSupport the processing of interest rate change requests from partner banks across all designated platforms.\nAssist in the creation, maintenance, and technical setup of partner bank profiles within the company's Content Management System (CMS).\nDraft and maintain formal deposit documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy of information provided to customers.\nConduct regular quality assurance testing, data validation, and daily monitoring of operational workflows to safeguard data integrity.\nExecute end-to-end operational updates, ensuring all system changes are fully validated, documented, and published in a timely manner.\nYour Profile\nYou are currently an enrolled student in a university program, preferably in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.\nYou possess an extremely high level of precision and attention to detail, which is essential for managing critical interest rate changes and product attributes.\nYou have a strong technical affinity and are comfortable working with complex software environments and tools like Jira and Slack.\nYou are fluent in English with strong communication skills.\nIdeally, you have some experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Contentstack) or Business Intelligence tools like Looker.\nBasic knowledge of or an interest in learning Jinja2 templating for dynamic document creation is a plus.\nProficiency in other European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, or Dutch) and a general understanding of banking products are considered an advantage.\nJoin our mission, join our team - and grow with us!\nAt Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
