Pre - Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate Pre-Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our prospective customers. You will be responsible for lead qualification, understanding customer needs, product/service demos, proposal coordination and supporting the sales closure process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from website, referrals, and social media. Qualify leads through initial calls and understand requirements of customers.
• Client Need Analysis: Conduct discovery calls to understand expectations of the customer.
• Pitch and Demo: Give an initial presentation of our services to prospective customers virtually and in-person.
• Proposal and Documentation: Coordinate with Research, Content and Design teams to prepare customised proposals, presentations, and MoUs.
• CRM and Follow-ups: Maintain lead pipeline in CRM/Google Sheets, do regular follow-ups, and ensure timely closure support for the Sales Head.
• Market Research: Track potential customers and create a database of prospects state-wise.
• Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Operations and Strategy teams for smooth handover after deal closure.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada (Marathi/Telugu/Tamil is an added advantage).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite.
• Should be comfortable with targets and flexible with working hours.
