With our finger on the pulse of the industry, we’re propelling growth and innovation. Ready to make your mark in the dynamic world of iGaming?\nLet’s shape the future together at Raketech.\nThe Role:\nYou will support our Director of Media & Publishers, who grows Raketech’s publisher network in the Nordic markets, sells media placements on our pages and finds exclusive partners. You start in admin and coordination, learning how publisher and media deals work from the inside. As you grow, the role develops towards sales, with more ownership of partners, outreach and deals.\nWhere this can go: we’ll agree a development plan together. The aim is to move from supporting to owning parts of the sales process, such as prospecting, outreach and managing smaller partners. Most of your time at the start goes to daily admin, with a clear transition into more ownership as part of your development plan. In sales, you begin by closing smaller flat fees and CPA/rev share adjustments, and the size of the deals gradually increases as you grow.\nReporting to the Director of Media & Publishers\n\nBased in Sweden, full time. Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office (an office-first role)\n\nAs a Media & Publisher Coordinator, you are expected to:\nFollow up on media placements and coordinate bookings, ensuring deadlines are followed and on track\n\nEnsure our external publishers operate according to local regulations and compliance\n\nReview new publisher applications\n\nMaintain our publisher and partner overview: contacts, status, agreements, deal requests and next steps\n\nResearch and map potential new publishers and partners in the Nordic markets, and prepare shortlists for the Director of Media & Publishers\n\nHelp prepare proposals, media kits and performance overviews for publishers and partners\n\nHandle day-to-day written communication with partners and external providers\n\nJoin partner conversations to learn the craft, and over time take on your own smaller accounts and outreach\n\nSuccess in this role means:\nMedia placements and bookings delivered on time, with deadlines tracked and nothing missed\n\nAn accurate, up-to-date overview of publishers and partners, with new applications reviewed promptly\n\nExternal publishers operating in line with local regulations and compliance\n\nSteady progress on your development plan, taking on more ownership of partners, outreach and deals over time\n\nRequirements\nEarly in your career, with a clear wish to grow into sales\n\nStructured and detail-oriented, with good follow-through\n\nStrong written communication in English and Swedish\n\nComfortable with spreadsheets and CRM or similar tools (you will mainly use our internal systems as well as Ahrefs and Humbl)\n\nCurious about digital media, affiliate marketing or iGaming, and aware that the industry is regulated\n\nNice to have:\nDanish, Norwegian or Finnish\n\nInternship or first experience from sales, media, ad operations or partnerships","description_format":"text","description_chars":3050,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"associate","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Swedish","level":"Upper-Intermediate
