This role involves contributing to merchants' sales by supporting them in solving these challenges.\nFor more details, please refer to Azusa's interview.\nhttps://commerce-engineer.rakuten.careers/entry/en/workstyle/0023\nPosition:\nWhy We Hire\nOur purpose is not to provide consulting services, but to solve problems, thereby achieving growth (increased sales) for our stores and for the Rakuten Ichiba business.\nThis role allows you to experience the joy of seeing our stores and the Rakuten Ichiba business grow, gain diverse knowledge and experience, and realize your own personal growth.\nPosition Details\nWorkflow\nReceive consultations from the EC consultants in charge of our merchant stores.\nThrough web conferences, phone calls, emails, and on-site visits, we delve into the details of the challenges and clarify the operational and system issues faced by our merchants.\nWe propose appropriate solutions by combining features provided by Rakuten (web screens, CSV/FTP/API, notification services) or partner products.\nWe support merchants (or their development companies) to ensure smooth development.\nWhile we have extensive contact with various departments within Rakuten Ichiba, including business divisions and development departments, we do not undertake actual development projects. However, because we communicate with a large number of merchants, our group understands not only the strengths of Rakuten Ichiba but also areas for improvement.
