A keen interest in AI-powered tooling and LLMs is a strong plus.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend.\nBuild and operate high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and fault tolerance.\nArchitect and manage containerised microservices on Kubernetes, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.\nImplement and optimise caching strategies using Redis to improve application throughput and latency.\nDesign and manage relational database schemas and queries in MySQL, ensuring data integrity and query performance.\nParticipate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural planning sessions to continuously raise the engineering bar.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and globally distributed engineering teams across time zones.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools (e. g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.\nBuild, prototype, or contribute to AI-powered features, internal tools, or proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions using LLM capabilities.\nMentor junior engineers; provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.\nProactively identify and resolve production incidents, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.\nRequirements:\nJava and Spring Boot: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience building production-grade REST APIs and microservices.\nReactJS: Solid proficiency in building responsive, component-driven front-end applications.\nKubernetes: Production experience deploying, scaling, and managing containerised workloads.\nRedis: Experience with caching, rate limiting, and session management patterns.\nMySQL: Strong command of schema design, query optimisation, indexing, and replication.\nDistributed Systems: Proven track record building and supporting large-scale, high-traffic applications.\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
