You will champion the adoption of modern QA practices, including AI-assisted test generation and intelligent debugging, to continuously raise the bar for software quality.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDefine, own, and continuously evolve the end-to-end test automation strategy for web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications.\nDesign and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright for web and Appium for mobile platforms, written primarily in Java.\nBuild, configure, and maintain CI/CD quality gates in Jenkins to enforce automated testing on every build and deployment pipeline.\nIntegrate and manage BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing at scale, including real-device testing for mobile.\nConduct performance, scalability, and reliability testing for large-scale, high-traffic applications; identify bottlenecks and work with engineering teams to resolve them.\nLeverage AI and LLM tools (e. g., Cursor, Claude) for accelerating test automation, intelligent test-case generation, root-cause analysis, and debugging.\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to define acceptance criteria, shift-left quality practices, and risk-based test coverage.\nPerform exploratory, regression, smoke, sanity, and API-level testing across multiple environments.\nReview and triage defects with detailed reproduction steps; track them to closure using standard defect management processes.\nMentor junior and mid-level QA engineers; establish coding standards, review automation code, and foster a quality-first culture.\nContribute to test planning, test estimation, and release readiness sign-offs.\nPartner effectively with geographically distributed teams across multiple countries and Eastern time zones.\nProduce clear, concise test reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders at all levels.\n\nRequirements: \nTest Automation: 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.\nSelenium: Deep expertise in Selenium WebDriver for cross-browser web automation.\nAppium: Proven experience automating native, hybrid, and web mobile apps on iOS and Android.\nJava: Strong command of Java as the primary automation scripting language; familiarity with OOP, design patterns, and build tools.\nPlaywright: Hands-on experience with Playwright for modern, reliable end-to-end web testing.\nJenkins (CI/CD): Experience integrating automated test suites into Jenkins pipelines; familiarity with pipeline-as-code (Jenkinsfile).\nBrowserStack: Practical experience executing and managing test runs on BrowserStack for real browsers and real devices.\nPerformance and Scalability: Experience testing large-scale, high-traffic web and mobile applications with a focus on reliability and performance under load.\nAI / LLM Tooling: Hands-on use of AI tools such as Cursor and Claude for QA activities, including test automation acceleration, test generation, and intelligent debugging.\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
