You will work closely with the Chief Architect, gain hands-on exposure to emerging AI technologies, take meaningful ownership of your solutions, and play a key role in shaping the technology, engineering culture, and future of a fast-growing AI-native company.\n\nResponsibilities: \nBuild responsive, accessible and well-tested web interfaces in React.js and TypeScript, from design tokens and component libraries through to complex, data-heavy workflow screens.\nDesign, build and document REST APIs and implement back-end services in Python (FastAPI).\nModel and query data in PostgreSQL, keeping performance, data integrity and multi-tenancy in mind.\nIntegrate with external systems (government trade portals, ERPs, carrier and tracking APIs) in a robust and auditable way.\nBuild interfaces for human-in-the-loop decisions: showing AI-generated suggestions, confidence levels, and approval flows clearly to users.\nWrite unit, integration and end-to-end tests; take part in code reviews; keep CI/CD pipelines healthy.\nApply security and privacy by design, including India's DPDP Act requirements, role-based access and audit trails.\nUse AI coding assistants productively and responsibly as part of day-to-day development.\nContribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions and sprint planning.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience: at least 4 years of proven professional experience as a full-stack or front-end-heavy developer, with production applications you can talk about in depth.\nReact.js : strong, current hands-on experience building production web applications in React.js (hooks, state management, routing, forms, performance tuning).\nThis is the required UI skill:\nJavaScript / TypeScript: solid command of modern JavaScript; TypeScript strongly preferred.\nAPIs: experience consuming and building REST APIs and working with JSON-based contracts.\nDatabases: working knowledge of a relational database, preferably PostgreSQL, and SQL.\nEngineering practice: Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD.\nPython: production experience with Python 3. x, type hints and Pydantic.\nFastAPI or a similar Python web framework.\nPostgreSQL extensions: pgvector, TimescaleDB or PostGIS.\nWorkflow and events: Temporal (durable workflows) and Kafka or another event-streaming platform.\nAgentic AI / LLM engineering: building with LLM APIs such as Claude, agent frameworks such as LangGraph or Pydantic AI, retrieval and structured outputs.\nCloud: AWS, Docker, infrastructure-as-code.\nUI libraries: Mantine v7 or a similar component library; design-system work.\nMobile: React Native with Expo.\nLocation: currently based in Bengaluru (preferred) and able to work from our Bengaluru office (on-site).\nCommunication: clear written and spoken English;
