System Operations and Project Coordination\nSupport the day-to-day operations of existing digital systems and applications, including collecting and organizing change requests, maintaining project documentation, capturing meeting notes, and tracking action items and follow-ups. Take initiative in identifying issues and driving actions to completion while developing a solid understanding of business processes, applications, and cross-functional stakeholders.\n2. Business Requirements Management and Project Tracking\nCollect, organize, and categorize business requirements on a weekly basis, and maintain clear and structured requirement documentation. Proactively communicate with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to track the progress, feedback, and next steps of digital and AI projects, helping ensure projects move forward as planned.\n3. Low-code Application Operations and Continuous Improvement\nTake responsibility for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the team’s existing low-code applications, including solutions built with Power Platform. Collect user feedback, troubleshoot issues, implement functional enhancements, conduct testing, and maintain documentation to ensure stable application performance and continuous improvement based on evolving business needs.\n4. AI Application and Prototype Development\nDevelop, test, and iterate prototypes for AI applications, AI agents, and automated workflows based on defined business requirements, using a combination of low-code platforms and traditional coding. As capabilities grow, high-performing interns will have the opportunity to independently own a small AI application end-to-end, from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, delivery, and ongoing operations.\n5. AI Training and Project Materials\nPrepare and maintain AI-related training materials, demos, technical documentation, project updates, and use case summaries. Help capture reusable knowledge, templates, and best practices to support the team’s broader AI enablement efforts.\n6. Emerging AI Technology Exploration and Rapid Validation\nExplore emerging technologies, tools, and development approaches in Generative AI, AI agents, Vibe Coding, and AI-assisted development. Conduct rapid experiments, build prototypes and demos, and evaluate their potential value in real-world business scenarios.\nWhat You Will Contribute To\n1. Enterprise AI Application and Agent Design\nContribute to the requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment of AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions for real-world business scenarios. Gain hands-on experience in translating business problems into practical technical solutions.\n2. AI Agent and Workflow Development\nHelp build AI agents and automated workflows using a combination of low-code platforms and traditional coding. Explore integrations between AI solutions and Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.\n3. Business Requirements and AI Use Case Analysis\nWork with business teams to understand their challenges and translate business requirements into actionable AI use cases. Use rapid prototyping to validate technical feasibility and potential business value.\n4. AI Application Testing and Continuous Optimization\nTest and evaluate prompts, agent behavior, application functionality, and user experience. Continuously improve solutions based on user feedback, testing results, and application performance.\nQualifications\nWhat We Are Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Management, Automation, or a related field.\nFoundational programming skills with proficiency in at least one language, preferably Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\nStrong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and AI Application Development, with the ability and motivation to learn independently.\nBasic understanding of software development concepts and tools, such as APIs, databases, and Git.\nStrong problem-solving and hands-on skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous ideas or business problems into working prototypes.\nGood communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.\nAvailable to work onsite in Shanghai for at least 3 days per week, for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWe would be particularly interested if you have practical experience in one or more of the following areas:\nExperience using AI Coding / Vibe Coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, to accelerate development and rapidly build prototypes.\nHands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or other low-code / agent development platforms.\nExposure to Azure AI Foundry or other enterprise AI development platforms.\nPractical knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Tool Calling, MCP, or Agentic Workflows.\nPersonal AI projects, hackathon experience, GitHub projects, academic projects, or other demonstrable AI application prototypes.\nWe do not expect you to have
