This pay rate for this role is $22/hr.\nThis role goes beyond traditional assembly work. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, curious, and improvement-oriented, with the ability to follow standard work while also identifying opportunities to improve it. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production and a culture of accountability and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssembly & Production Execution\nAssemble electro-mechanical components and finished goods according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.\n\nPerform calibration, testing, and inspection to ensure products meet quality standards and functional requirements.\n\nRead and interpret product documentation, including drawings, specifications, and work instructions.\n\nComplete required production reporting, checklists, and system transactions accurately.\n\nStandard Work & Process Discipline\nFollow established standard work with consistency and attention to detail.\n\nIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in current processes.\n\nSupport updates to standard work documentation to reflect best practices and process improvements.\n\nMaintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Problem Solving\nProactively identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.\n\nParticipate in root cause problem solving and implement corrective actions as needed.\n\nContribute ideas to improve flow, ergonomics, tooling, and work cell layout.\n\nSupport implementation of Lean / RBS tools and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to site goals.\n\nTechnology & Data Utilization\nUtilize digital tools, systems, and equipment to support assembly, testing, and reporting activities.\n\nAccurately enter and retrieve production data across systems.\n\nDemonstrate comfort learning and adapting to new technologies, automation, or digital work instructions.\n\nUse data and metrics to understand performance and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nTeam Collaboration & Ownership\nWork effectively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability for output and quality.\n\nWorkingin a manufacturing or production environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDemonstrated ability to follow processes and complete work accurately.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience assembling electro-mechanical components or similar products.\n\nSoldering experience.\n\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or problem-solving methods.\n\nExperience using digital tools for production tracking or reporting.\n\nTechnical or trade school education (mechanical, electrical, or related).\n\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment.\n\nWhat Sets This Role Apart\n\nThis is not a traditional assembler role focused only on execution.
