Who said you can’t have fun at work?\nYour Impact:\nSets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.\nRotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.\nPacks finished product for shipment.\nMaintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.\nActively participates in making and implementing cell improvements.\nPerforms duties in accordance with established quality standards.\nQualifications:\nSkills & Experience\nThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:\nMust have proficient English reading and writing skills and be able to read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions. High School Diploma/GED is preferred.\nMinimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.\nManual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.\nAbility to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices.\nPhysical Requirements:\nRegularly exerting up to 20 lbs. of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Bending body downward and forward at the waist. Standing for sustained periods of time.
