For over 80 years, our mission has remained clear: protecting power systems with reliable solutions that keep the lights on.\nJob Description\nWe are seeking a BI/Analytics Developer to drive Qualitrol's Business Intelligence strategy through advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools. This role is pivotal in transforming raw Salesforce, Oracle, and forecast data into consolidated, actionable dashboards - including a unified rollup view for regional sales directors - while leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Fabric, Power BI, and Power Automate.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild the data foundation first: semantic models, KPI definitions, data source mapping, and presentation standards, agreed with business owners and approved by the Manager, Revenue Operations.\nLead data strategy and AI-driven analytics by applying Copilot, Fabric, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools to deliver scalable insights.\nChampion AI adoption among sales and commercial peers and leadership, leading pilot projects that demonstrate productivity gains from AI-enabled tools -
