on: Delivery dates\nQuantities\nPricing\n\nEscalate unconfirmed or delayed responses in a timely manner\nMaintain accurate documentation of supplier commitments\nLead Time & Pricing Maintenance\nProactively request and update supplier lead times\nValidate and communicate any changes in lead time to Buyer Planners\nGather and confirm updated pricing from suppliers as needed\nSupport data accuracy in ERP system (JDE)\nShortage Management & Expediting\nSupport Buyer Planners in managing material shortages\nProactively follow up with suppliers on past-due or at-risk orders\nExpedite purchase orders based on production priorities\nProvide clear status updates on critical parts\nKanban & Materials System Support\nCreate, update, and maintain Kanban cards as ad-hoc\nOperational & Administrative Support\nSupport ad-hoc supply chain related activities\nMaintain organized records of supplier communications\nAssist with data cleanup, reporting, and system updates\nCollaborate with Buyers, Production, and Planning teams\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)\n1-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing support roles\nStrong communication and follow-up skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred\nExperience working with ERP
