The objective is to create a highly scalable customer success operating model capable of supporting a rapidly growing global SaaS business with minimal additional resources.\nThis position is equally responsible for ensuring customer value realization and continuously improving the product through structured Voice of Customer feedback loops.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCustomer Journey Ownership\nOwn the complete lifecycle: Order, Planning, Data Integration, Deployment, Validation, Training, Adoption, Value Realization, Expansion and Renewal.\nCustomer Success Playbooks\nDevelop standardized workflows for:\nonboarding\nimplementation\ncustomer reviews\nrenewal planning\nexpansion opportunities\nexecutive reporting\nService Deployment\nLead deployment of two analytics services and expand into future ones.\nCoordinate with:\nDevOps\nProduct Owner\nEngineering\nSales\nCustomer IT organizations\nVoice of Customer\nPartner with the Product Owner and Product Manager to establish structured VOC processes including:\nFollow Me Home visits\nCustomer Advisory Boards\nEarly Adopter Councils\nCustomer health scoring\nUsage analytics\nTranslate customer insights directly into prioritized product improvements\nService Reliability\nPartner closely with DevOps to:\nmonitor service health\nimprove uptime\nreduce deployment effort\nautomate provisioning\nautomate monitoring\nimprove operational maturity\nAI-enabled Scaling\nDevelop AI-powered customer success capabilities including:\nautomated onboarding\nAI knowledge assistants\ncustomer self-service\ndeployment automation\nhealth score prediction\nproactive support\nAI-generated customer reports\nautomated documentation\nworkflow orchestration\nCustomer Value Realization\nEnsure every customer receives measurable business outcomes through:\nadoption tracking\nKPI dashboards\nROI reporting\nexecutive value reviews\nsuccess plans\nRequired Experience\n8+ years industrial software deployment\nExperience with SaaS, Networking and Cybersecurity implementation issues\nExperience with cloud platforms\nExperience managing enterprise customers\nStrong project leadership\nExcellent customer communication\nExperience working alongside software engineering organizations\nPreferred Experience\nIndustrial domains including:\nUtilities\nPower systems\nAsset
