We are hiring immediately for a full time Electronic Assembler. With a culture rooted in continuous improvement, this role is mission critical.\nThis is a weekend shift position, hours are 5AM-6:00 PM F-Sun.\nYour role:\nAs an Electronic Assembler you can expect to be our go-to for driving continuous improvement in the electronics production process. More specifically, in this role, you:\nPerforms various production assembly operations on components and subassemblies, and other complex duties as assigned.\nUses visual aids, drawings and verbal and written instruction to assemble, modify, re-work or re-assemble units.\nReceives detailed instruction on new assignments.\nCertified to IPC-J-STD\nCertified to Acceptability of Electronic assemblies' Good mechanical aptitude.\nIPC-D-610 which defines criteria for acceptance standards.\nIdentify component values.\nHand load PCB assembly following schematics and visual aide.\nSolder various electronic component sizes following industry standards set by IPC-J-Std. including fine pitch components.\nRead, understand and follow written instructions.\nRead/interrupt customer, engineer drawings or visual aids and incorporate call outs onto assembly.\nSolder under a microscope.\nIdentify and repair soldering anomalies.\nSolder with lead and lead-free solder.\nIf required, attend offsite training classes to maintain certification requirements.
