In this role, you will be onsite at our customer in Tucson, AZ with some area field service work and minimal travel (once a month) to Phoenix to support there.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCalibration Execution\nPerform calibrations in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards, including ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, AS9100, and ANSI/NCSL Z540.1.\nSupport a wide range of calibration disciplines with opportunities to cross-train and expand expertise.\nAccurately document calibration results with full compliance and traceability.\nMaintain calibration standards and report equipment issues as needed.\nField Support & Customer Engagement\nSupport calibration activities at customer site and field service locations as needed.\nSome travel may be required, including local day trips or occasional overnight assignments based on business and customer needs.\nSet up and support mobile calibration workstations and onsite labs.\nCommunicate effectively with customers regarding service progress, technical needs, and scheduling.\nBuild positive working relationships with customers while representing the organization professionally.\nTeam Collaboration\nPartner with supervisors and teammates to ensure projects are completed on time.\nEngage in cross-training to grow skills across multiple disciplines.\nShare feedback to improve service delivery, team efficiency, and customer experience.\nQuality & Compliance\nAdhere to safety protocols, SOPs, and calibration standards.\nParticipate in audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement efforts, including 5S and Kaizen.\nMaintain professional, audit-ready workspaces.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of calibration experience in a lab, onsite, or field service environment.\nExperience with RF/GP/Pressure calibration is preferred.\nAbility to support local or overnight travel assignments as business needs require.\nFamiliarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and related calibration standards.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nPreferred Skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.\n\nAbility to work across multiple calibration disciplines.\nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills.\nPrior experience in customer-facing roles or supporting large
