Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position requires cross functional partnership and teamwork to ensure alignment and successful performance of strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Additionally, role expectations include briefing all levels of leadership on business financial performance and providing strategic business support. This role requires the ability to independently diagnose and get results, across multiple functions in development and production factory environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and coordinate financial statements and processes including annual budget and monthly close and forecast cycles including adherence to financial controls.\nDemonstrate bias for action leveraging business acumen and financial data to effectively identify risks and opportunities early and influence improved performance through data driven analysis.\nPrepare and provide accurate and timely monthly financial reports including detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variances, trends and path to successful forward-looking execution.\nManage and track key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, indirect expenses, etc. Develop plan and drive countermeasures in partnership with leadership to achieve results.\nProvide financial support in the development of capital investments, new business opportunities and other projects.\nLead and execute with a continuous improvement mindset implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiencies.\nEffectively communicate financial data to non-finance stakeholders. Provide advice, mentorship, and support on all financial matters to the company leaders.\nMentor and develop the site program finance team.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBS/BA in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.\n10+ years financial experience in a manufacturing environment.\nAerospace & Defense experience a plus\nTrack record of success recognizing process shortfalls and successfully implementing positive change.
