This role is ideal for a curious, detail-oriented engineer early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You’ll work closely with hardware, software, applications, manufacturing, and quality teams to help ensure our products meet functional, performance, and system-level validation requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop test procedures and associated documentation, with guidance from senior engineers, to validate hardware requirements.\n\nExecute test procedures, document results, and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with design and sustainment engineering teams.\n\nWrite automated test programs to improve test efficiency and coverage.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and dependencies, develop test schedules, provide status updates, and communicate final results.\n\nDesign and build test fixtures used in hardware validation.\n\nMaintain and organize test equipment, fixtures, and supporting hardware.\n\nUtilize appropriate tools, equipment, and environments to perform validation activities.\n\nContinuously learn and apply best practices in test, automation, and validation.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Education/ practical experience).\n\nBasic understanding of electronic hardware concepts (analog and digital).\n\nFamiliarity with test and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes).\n\nIntroductory programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, C, C#, or similar) with interest in automation.\n\nFamiliarity with Excel for data analysis.\n\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.\n\nGood organizational and communication skills, including the ability to document technical work.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship or academic project experience related to hardware validation or testing.\n\nExposure to automated testing or scripting.\n\nBasic understanding of statistics and data analysis.\n\nExperience working in lab environments.\n\nWorking knowledge of source control tools (e.g., Git).\n\nExposure to VB.NET.\n\nExperience creating wiring diagrams for basic test setups.\n\nBasic understanding of PCB design and EDA
