审批通过后完成盖章，将扫描件发送给相关Buyer/Planner，并上传明道云归档。\n\n根据Buyer/Planner 的要求，每日及时、准确地将生产计划上传至明道云。\n\n在明道云或紧急物料跟踪表中登记紧急物料需求，持续跟踪处理进展，并及时反馈异常或延误情况。\n\n协助Buyer/Planner 准备预付款申请及相关支持文件，并协调相关负责人完成审核与签字。\n\n负责NAMCO 核级管控订单QAR 文件的复印、扫描和签字流转，并将完整文件提交IQC 留存。\n\n每月与供应商核对收货及开票信息，协助识别并跟进差异，确保相关记录准确、完整。\n\n每周协助准备IMAG 文件，完成相关数据整理、处理、更新及上传。\n\n每周对比库存数据，分析主要变化及异常，并输出库存Top 30 清单供团队参考。\n\n完成LEADER安排的其他临时性支持工作，配合采购计划团队的日常运营需求。\n\n任职要求：\n大本及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、采购管理、工商管理、财务、数据分析等相关专业优先。\n\n熟练使用Microsoft Office 办公软件，具备良好的Excel 数据整理与分析能力，能够使用常用函数、数据透视表等工具者优先。\n\n具备较强的学习能力和系统操作能力，能够快速掌握I-BUY、明道云及公司内部业务流程。\n\n工作认真细致，责任心强，对数据、订单及文件信息具有较高的准确性和完整性意识。\n\n具备良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识，能够主动跟进事项，并及时反馈异常、风险及处理进展。\n\n具备良好的时间管理和任务优先级管理能力，能够按日、周、月度要求及时完成多项支持工作。\n\n遵守公司合规、文件管理及保密要求，能够妥善处理订单、付款、供应商等相关资料信息。\n\n能够保证稳定出勤;
