In this role, you will help ensure materials and parts are available where and when they are needed, helping production run smoothly and efficiently. This position works closely with warehouse, inventory, and production team members to maintain accurate inventory and support daily operations.\nResponsibilities\nMove and organize materials from receiving and inventory areas to designated production workstations.\nPrepare and distribute materials in the appropriate quantities for production use.\nStock and maintain materials at workstations and production areas.\nMonitor inventory levels and process replenishment requests as materials are consumed.\nPartner with production team members to ensure parts are stored in the correct locations and are easily accessible.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and work with team members to resolve issues and maintain inventory accuracy.\nFollow through on inventory-related concerns to help ensure parts are available when needed.\nAssist with inventory adjustments and coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, and production teams as necessary.\nReview slow-moving or inactive inventory and assist with identifying appropriate next steps.\nPrepare and kit materials for production jobs and assemblies.\nDocument and report defective or nonconforming materials according to established procedures.\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, inventory, logistics, or material handling role preferred.\nExperience using scanners, inventory systems, or ERP systems is a plus.\nAbility to read and write in English and follow written work instructions and safety documentation.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively with others to find solutions.\nDependable with strong follow-through and communication skills.\nExperience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Kanban systems is preferred.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nRegularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.\nFrequently bend, stoop, and reach during the workday.\nStand and walk for extended periods of time.\nMove throughout the facility to support production
