Performs receiving duties related to incoming goods, supplier non-conformances, inspection, inventory, & stocking inventory bins. Receiving Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s). Manually packing, label and ensure documentation is correct for all orders to be shipped. Prepares all production orders for shipping, consolidates order components, and matches materials to order requirements\nSkills & Experience\nThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:\nReceive goods by inspecting the packages for any sign of damage.\nValidate/Count received goods against packing slips & enter quantities in Oracle ERP system \nReplenish and distribute received inventory to appropriate production locations.\nPerform Cycle counts of material at inventory locations when required.\nFollow supplier non-conformance processes for any issues when receiving material\nReceive Return Materials Authorizations (RMA’s) & Rentals in Oracle ERP system \nTag RMA/Rental shipments and deliver goods to designated department.\nRecording any waybill information that may be needed for collect shipments\nManually pack, label, and ensure documentation is correct for all orders to be shipped.\nMatch paperwork to materials, & review orders for completeness & accuracy. \nFacilitate rush orders and notify Shipping Coordinator of any major problems. \nComplete all necessary activities (packing / labeling) to ensure that orders are assembled, packed, and labeled to meet customer shipping requirements.\nInterface with Oracle ERP System to complete all shipping processes.\nManage/Order Packaging Material when required.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nEducation: College Diploma / Certificate in Supply Chain Field\nPreferred Skills:\n\nExperience:\n\nRequired: - Manufacturing, Warehouse, Shipping / Receiving knowledge\n- Some Microsoft Office & Adobe Software Experience\nPreferred: - Domestic & international shipping experience.
