The role is responsible for overseeing and conducting high-quality, risk-based IT audits and overseeing the IT SOX compliance program across the global enterprise. The ideal candidate is dedicated to advocating for strong internal controls, consistently improving processes, and committed to personal and team growth and development.\nFunctional Responsibilities\nIn conjunction with the development of the overall internal audit plan, lead the development of the risk-based IT audit plan.\n\nManage and execute high-quality IT related audits: independently perform risk-based planning activities, oversee and perform IT audit fieldwork, and draft reports to communicate results of audit activities.\n\nOversee and manage the performance of annual SOX IT testing, including the evaluation and testing of IT general controls, IT application controls, and IT security controls.\n\nDesign, build, and deploy AI agents that automate and improve IT audit and IT SOX activities, such as risk assessment, evidence collection, control testing, and continuous monitoring.\n\nHelp define how Internal Audit evaluates and governs the use of AI across the company.\n\nAssist with the development and design of IT controls for newly identified in-scope systems.\n\nProvide consultative support to our various customers to identify opportunities for control improvements with the objective of mitigating risk and improving IT compliance and operational performance.\n\nLead and support internal initiatives to improve internal audit processes.\n\nDeliver audit reports with constructive and meaningful recommendations based on audit findings.\n\nDevelop trust and effective relationships with corporate and operating company IT teams.\n\nAssist with creating reports for senior management or Audit Committee presentations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBA/BS degree in information systems, computer science, accounting, or related field.\n\n5+ years of IT Audit and SOX compliance experience with a public accounting firm or publicly traded company.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment experiencing rapid growth and change.\n\nPossess executive presence and excellent communication skills needed to build relationships with various stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with IT frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO, SANS, ITIL.\n\nAbility to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally, as needed.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCISA, CISM, CISSP, CPA, or equivalent professional certification.\n\nExperience working with manufacturing companies.\n\nExperience with SOX/IA compliance software, preferably Optro.\n\nExperience in leveraging AI for SOX IT compliance and IT Audit related
