Goal is to digitally transform operations by eliminating the use of paper on the manufacturing floor while maintaining data integrity and product traceability.\nAdminister and lead deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) by Q4 2026\n\nHarvest process and manufacturing data for reporting such as yield, cycle times, productivity by Q4 2026.\n\nLead design and deployment of data warehousing and dashboards\n\nCreate a controlled environment for applications development and release from proto phase through manufacturing phase (Software Lifecycle Management) within 6 months of joining team.\n\nLead creation of workflows and/or programs in manufacturing to automate solutions such as automatic label printing.\n\nConfigure and develop solutions using Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and programming skills (such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, JSON)\n\nLead change management, train end-users, and ensure ongoing system reliability\nEnsure MES solutions comply with GMP, MIL and ISO9001/AS9100 standards.\nLead and develop a team of data analysts\nConduct regular system audits and upgrades as necessary\n\nIntegrate ERP, PLM, Payroll systems with MES system\n\nLead and implement automated data integration with MES system\n\nCreate mfg. software controlled repository\n\nQualifications - External/internal:\nStrong understanding of APIs, system integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GovCloud, Azure, GCP)\nSQL fluency is a must. Hands-on experience with using SQL to pull data for complex analytics\n2+ years’ experience in the manufacturing software development/sustainment environment.\nGood working knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Power, Access, Visio, and Project\nHands-on experience with Azure or similar data bases\nInterpersonal skills promoting effective interaction with other staff, customers, and suppliers.\nKnowledge of Quality Management Systems and practices a must. \n2+ years' experience with Aegis and/or Oracle MES systems a plus\nExperience with Kaizen and continuous improvement tools a plus\nEducation and Experience:\nB.S.
