You will influence key business decisions, lead global teams through ambiguity, and develop innovative solutions to accelerate successful product commercialization.\nResponsibilities will include:\nLeading global cross-functional core teams within Operations on Test & Measurement instrument New Product Development (NPD) programs. \nRepresenting the Operations/Manufacturing organization on NPD core teams, and articulating program information and strategies back to Operations/Manufacturing management. \nCoordinating development of program manufacturing, test, and materials plans, including the identification and mitigation of manufacturing and supply chain risks. \nWorking with engineering and materials teams to develop and track product cost estimates. \nWorking with product development program manager to ensure available tooling and test equipment capacity to support manufacturing ramp and steady state production. \nLead global cross-functional teams through ambiguity and changing business priorities.\nDrive operational excellence initiatives that improve NPI execution capability across the organization.\nEstablish scalable processes, tools, and best practices that improve speed, quality, and predictability of product launches.\nSuccessful candidates will be able to demonstrate depth of knowledge and experience in:\nNew Product Development processes. \nAbility to quickly drive, communicate and gain support for decisions in ambiguous and unstructured environments. \nCandidate should be a results-oriented team player who leads by example, holds one’s self accountable for performance, takes ownership, and champions process improvement initiatives. \nManufacturing cost drivers at both Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and product level, and a deep understanding of how to influence those costs to maximize operational efficiency and gross margins. \nStrong English language written and verbal communication skills. \nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain \n3+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, or program/project management experience on complex products \nDemonstrated success launching technically complex products into production.\nAbility and willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time \nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience leading global programs across multiple manufacturing sites.\nExperience managing outsourced manufacturing partners.\nExperience influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategic decisions.\nMBA, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent credentials.\nMicrosoft Power BI suite of products\nRalliant Corporation Overview\nRalliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
