The engineer will translate customer specifications into compliant designs, lead cross-functional execution, and provide technical leadership while working independently across multiple concurrent programs.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nServe as Responsible Engineer and technical owner for multiple concurrent NPD programs.\nInterpret customer specifications and translate requirements into compliant engineering solutions and compliance matrices.\nDesign mechanical components, mechanisms, actuators, and assemblies from concept through production.\nDevelop engineering drawings, documentation, and technical data packages.\nLead prototype development, hands-on troubleshooting, qualification testing, and production launch.\nDevelop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE), engineering validation, and qualification test plans.\nPerform structural analysis, FEA, failure investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.\nPresent technical status, design reviews (PDR/CDR), risks, and test results to customers and internal leadership.\nLead technical execution independently while coordinating with Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Program Management.\nProvide technical leadership and mentor less experienced engineers.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline required;
