accountability for SQDIP results.\nPlan labor, staffing, overtime, shifts, resources, and production capacity to meet customer and business demands.\nDrive Daily Management, KPI rigor, visual controls, leader standard work, and operational accountability.\nChampion a proactive safety and quality culture while ensuring compliance with company, regulatory, and quality requirements.\nLead Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Ralliant Business System (RBS) initiatives to eliminate waste, improve capacity, and strengthen standard work.\nApply structured problem-solving at the gemba to address recurring production, quality, delivery, and process issues.\nManage budgets, labor efficiency, productivity, cost-out initiatives, throughput, capacity, inventory, and working capital.\nBuild leadership capability through coaching, cross-training, succession planning, and career development.\nPartner cross-functionally to improve material flow, production readiness, NPI, launches, and customer commitments.\nIdentify and escalate operational, quality, safety, and business risks while driving sustainable improvements.\nPartner with HR and site leadership on hiring, retention, engagement, performance management, and workforce development.\nBenchmark and implement best practices across Ralliant operating companies.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.\n7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, value streams, and cross-functional business processes.\nStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and P&L understanding.\nProven ability to develop, coach, and hold leaders accountable for performance.\nAdvanced problem-solving skills using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems, production planning, and material flow.\nStrong communication, change management, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.\nPreferred:\nExperience with high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing.\nLean, Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence certification.\nExperience in sensor, instrumentation, industrial, or electronic
