This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling scalability, optimizing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring the organization is equipped to support ongoing growth\nKey Responsibilities\nPerforms the role of site leader for the Solon, OH facility\nProvide strategic direction for operational departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, growth priorities, and long-term plans.\nLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, policies, and systems to increase efficiency and scalability.\nOversee performance metrics, operational dashboards, and KPIs to monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.\nDrive On Time Delivery to meet Customer requirements.\nOversee the growth of the site with increase output and new products.\nPartner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and NPD to support major initiatives, organizational expansion, and business readiness.\nManage budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning across multiple functions and business units.\nStrengthen operational infrastructure by implementing tools, technologies, and frameworks that optimize workflows and improve collaboration.\nIdentify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity plans are in place.\nMentor and lead managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nPrepare and deliver operational updates, and performance analyses for leadership and key stakeholders.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field;
