This role works closely with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers to translate schematic designs into manufacturable PCB layouts while supporting prototype builds, laboratory activities, engineering documentation, and design verification.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong PCB CAD expertise, attention to detail, and hands-on technical skills to support products from concept through production release.\nKey Responsibilities\nPCB Design & Layout\nCreate complex PCB layouts from electrical schematics using approved ECAD tools (Siemens Xpedition).\nDevelop multilayer PCB designs, including high-density, mixed-signal, analog, digital, RF, and power designs.\nPerform component placement, routing, stack-up implementation, and design optimization.\nApply design-for-manufacturability (DFM), design-for-assembly (DFA), and design-for-testability (DFT) principles.\nCollaborate with electrical engineers to resolve signal integrity, power integrity, thermal, and EMI/EMC concerns.\nGenerate fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing documentation packages.\nSupport PCB design reviews and implement approved design changes.\nTechnical Skills\nComponent placement and routing\nMultilayer board design\nHigh-speed design fundamentals\nDifferential pair routing\nControlled impedance design\nHDI technologies\nPCB stack-up development\nDesign rule management\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's degree in Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, CAD Design, or related technical field;
