analytics services.\nDeliver production-ready software across:\nBackend services\nAPIs\nData pipelines\nUser interfaces\nCloud infrastructure\nAnalytics capabilities\nAI-First Development\nUse AI extensively to accelerate:\nsoftware design\nspecification refinement\ncoding\nunit testing\nintegration testing\ndocumentation\ntroubleshooting\ncode reviews\nContinuously improve engineering productivity through AI-enabled development practices.\nCustomer-Centric Engineering\nWork closely with Product Owner and Customer Success to:\nunderstand customer needs\nvalidate assumptions\nprototype rapidly\nincorporate customer feedback\ndeliver frequent releases\nMaintain direct awareness of customer outcomes rather than simply completing development tasks.\nEngineering focused on rapid execution and continuous learning.\nRequired Experience\n5+ years professional software development\nExperience developing SaaS applications\nExperience with cloud-native architectures\nStrong full-stack development skills\nExperience with Agile software delivery\nExperience working in fast-paced product organizations\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with:\nMicrosoft Azure\nAWS\nKubernetes\nModern web frameworks\nDistributed systems\nIndustrial IoT\nData analytics platforms\nAI-assisted software development\nSuccess Measures\nWithin 12 months:\nConsistently
