converting customer insights into clear backlog priorities and validated outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Discovery & Insight Generation\nEngage directly with grid operators, protection engineers, and utility stakeholders to understand operational workflows and constraints\nConduct interviews, observations, and site visits to capture real-world use cases related to fault detection, classification, diagnostics, fault location, and power quality\nTranslate customer insights into product behaviors, analytics expectations, and acceptance criteria\nBacklog Ownership & Story Definition\nOwn and prioritize the Agile team backlog, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery flow\nWrite high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with utility outcomes and operational realities\nEnsure backlog readiness and clarity prior to iteration execution\nAgile Delivery & Validation\nParticipate in PI Planning, iteration planning, backlog refinement, and PO synchronization ceremonies\nAccept completed stories based on delivered value, correctness, and usability for real grid scenarios\nMaintain fast feedback loops with customers to validate delivered functionality\nCollaboration & Alignment\nPartner with Product Managers to translate grid strategy and features into executable team backlog\nCollaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to support delivery, adoption, and value realization\nShare customer learnings across the ART to support alignment and continuous improvement\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Data Sciences, Statistics or related field\n5+ years experience as a Product Owner or similar Agile delivery role\nSolid understanding of power systems, transmission networks, and grid fault concepts\nExperience working in Agile / SAFe environments with distributed teams\nStrong communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customers\nCore Competencies\nAgile delivery and backlog management\nUser-centric discovery and validation\nClear, decisive communication with teams and stakeholders\nAbility to translate complex grid data into actionable requirements\nStrong partnership with Product Management and Engineering\nReporting & Working Model\nReports functionally within the Product & Engineering delivery organization\nEmbedded within an Agile Release Train (ART)\nWorks closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Customer Success
